The therapist was highly professional. She asked about my condition and focused on my upper back and shoulders as I mentioned I had a lot of tension there. The massage was firm and precise, targeting the sore areas effectively. She also helped me stretch at the end, which further relieved my tight muscles and left me feeling light and refreshed.

Highly recommended, especially if you suffer from upper body stiffness or work long hours at a desk. I’ll definitely return.
